I had purchased some household items from Spencer’s store, pdr mall, first floor, baranasi ,uttar pradesh. At the time of bill payment the store charges ₹18/- for carry bag. I refused to pay n told them, this price for carry bag is too high. How can a person that much amount for carry bags.
They replied to me that the store is taking benefits or taking profit from applying the that much charges on carry bags.
I think this is not acceptable at all..
Kindly consider this, and if possible please resolve my query.
Make sure the amount or charges for carry bag should be appropriate and fixed forpan india store, so that customer can pay willingly.
