I took admission in SQL Star for Oracle DBA Course. After two class they declare course has been stopped and refunding back our fees.However, its been 90days now they are not refunding our money and not replying to our mails.So we need help to take action against them.

SQL star international limited – BIG FRAUD BY SQL STAR INTERNATIONAL LIMITED
SAME HAS HAPPENED IN DELHI TOO…. PLUS CENTER HEAD OF SQLSTAR(DELHI/NCR) WERE SAYING WHEN WE CALLED HER THAT WE HAD GENERATED RR NO. FOR YOU AND NOW THIS IS MATTER BETWEEN YOU AND SQLSTAR (HEAD-OFFICE). AND SQLSTAR (HYD) HAS BEEN CLOSED. SO DO, WHAT YOU WANT TO DO AGAINST THEM.

1.on 2nd April that ” We will update our records and get back in 1 week max” .
2.ON 16TH APR->Refunds will be processes on or before 30th April 2014. We will intimate you 2 days before we start the transfer.
3.ON 2ND MAY->On a batch to batch basis, wherever we were able to match the records, refunds have been processed. We hope that the complete process of refund will be over in next 30-40 days.
NOW THEIR GIVEN TIME HAS BEEN OVER, PLUS NEITHER NO-ONE RECEIVING THE CALL THERE AT HEAD OFFICE NOR NO-ONE ANSWERING OF EMAILS ALSO.
KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO TAKE A BEST POSSIBLE ACTION AGAINST THEM…
