Dear sir madam
Here star cable network service provider mr. Vijay raskar did not refund my advance which we give them before taking cable service from him. We give them rs.1500/- for digital set top box now we don’t want his service but he can not give our money last 4 days we call him but he did not give satisfactory answer please take action
