Hi, Myself Dushant Jawalkar and I need to register complaint for Star CJ online shopping . Few days ago I ordered micro-oven model number: C23J101 and I received delivery of wrong product after two days. For which model number is G26K101 and market cost is less than product I ordered. So product they delivered is different and lower grade compare to product I ordered. I registered complaint on same day and customer care guy told they will replace it within 2 days. Now it’s almost a 3rd day and they still not taking follow up over my complaint. Now that micro oven is still untouched and I am waiting for replacement and even customer care team not providing satisfied answer over that. I need to raise complaint against this as this is highly not acceptable and big fraud to the customer. Order number for product: 20131019041956 I need this issue to be resolved and also need to suggest everyone please do not go for star CJ unless and until you don’t have any other option.
