A few days ago, I ordered a star and daisy stroller (order ID 163280). The delivery status was set to “out for delivery,” and the delivery boy even called to confirm that it would be delivered that day. Yet he was unable to do so. He didn’t answer my call after I called him 15 to 20 times in total.
After contacting the Star and Daisy Support Team later, Sheetal advised me to wait 24 hours. I texted about the same problem but received the same response and no proper response. It continued for four days. The same thing was said to me every day. They are attempting to fix the problem, so just wait for a day. Although the delivery status indicated that it was “Out for delivery,” they continued to say the same thing for 4 to 5 days. I have no idea why they kept it on hold.
I no longer have faith in the brand and its goods. I already made a $300 advance payment. I want to cancel the order, so they have to pay me back. If I request a cancellation and refund. They’re not yet prepared to cancel the order and issue a refund. This is merely an imposition of their goods under duress.
They are behaving like thugs and are unwilling to cancel my order and issue a refund. I really wanted the product a few days ago, but it’s too late to get it now. Because I bought the item from another website.
