On August 4th, I paid 5863 using my icici credit card to purchase a stoller. Within an hour of placing the order, the item was CANCELLED.
Order number: 192667. I was informed that the refund would be processed in 7 to 10 working days, but your team has not yet been able to give me a refund reference number.
In spite of the fact that providing my information could result in fraud, they are asking for assistance with my saving account number or debit or credit card details in order to process the refund.
I need my money back from the source where I made the payment. Please process my refund as soon as possible.
