From the internet store at https:// staranddaisy.in, I purchased a baby product called the Staranddaisy Double Sided Water Proof Baby Carpet Mat. Later, when I opened my purchase, I discovered that the item was broken. The images that are attached serve as a guide for the defects. The mat’s rip is the main one. I learned about the product replacement procedure. I sent them an email, but I have not heard back from them in a few days.
I now sent their email with the issue. I got a call from Mr. Rahul Shrama, who said that although we can not repair the product, you can still use it by making a few silly adjustments (like taping it; it will not hurt).
Additionally, I was compelled to persuade myself that the product is not flawed because our entire product team has reviewed the photographs and you can use it with a few adjustments. A 200 Rs. settlement will be given. I am very dissatisfied with the service and behavior. In my capacity as a customer, if the product I got is defective, I anticipate being given a replacement if I request one.
