The below order has booked on 9th September, 2015 and till today 15th October, 2015 not received and we have gifted the iteam to my sister for Gowri and Ganesh Festival and it is over.

I have done several times to customer care and the service not good. Each time they are telling difference story as below.

1. order will be delivery in couple of days.
2. order will be delivery today.
3. order already delivery
4. order is demaged and it will be send in a week.
5. amount will be refund.
5. connecting to senior to speak with regard and long time the connection was disconnected.

I don’t have word about your service and delivery to explain. I had paid through Credit Card. Kindly arrange the amount to refund immediately.

I hope this mail will be consider and taking action for the same.
