i my self jithesh v from calicut kerala workinng in indian airforce.iam launching this complaint against a rude behaviour of one staff in the branch of STATE BANK OF INDIA ATHOLI.on 23 oct 13 i approached atholi sbi branch for to apply internet net banking facility.one staff, iam now not remembering her name was behaving like an irritate manner.and she was not ready to proceed my netbanking form that she saying that there is a mismatch in signature.more over she was blaming me that “you have not done any single transaction through this account for 3years,due to this reason i could not help you for net banking or any other transaction”. the branch is situated at a village area because of this ther are somany poor men have account there,and also they are facing the same problem,because of illiteracy they could not make any complaint againt the perticulanr staff.iam requesting you to take necessary action against the staff for me and our village.
