I have ordered a biker jacket from snapdeal.com and returned it for some problems for that I amhave supposed to get a refund but the refund is not showing in my account. Snapdeal.comI have given me an utr no of the transaction as proof.so I have called the sbi ghatcustomer care many times but they r saying that the utr no is not valid. I am waiting for ur kind response. Psd fr a/c statement-6189811823
