Dear sir,I am AMZAD ALI.I applied for SBI Credit card in Jan-2020 (appox).But The card was not delivered by Sbi.After that Sbi deducted credit card false and wrong bill from my saving account .and every month payment deducted from my account and due arrear with surcharge increases gradually.After many complaints of deactivation of card,they deactivate the card but sbi did not correct and clear my due bill and also not refund by deductcted amount from my saving account.After applying for loan in another bank,they said you CIBIL score is low due to non Payment of your SBI card.So that with financial I lost my CIBIL score also.
Sir,please do needful to correct my wrong Credit card bill ,refund my deducted amount and also correct &improve my CIBIL score with remark of card was not delivered to consumer.
As per message ,outstanding amout shows 12970.14 Rs. and card no shows ××××××××××××8661
