I had ordered online for saree from storeadda.The delivery was almost delayed by 20 days.When I received it I was shocked to see that the saree was of extremely low quality and had patch work and it was nowhere matching with what was displayed on website.
When I tried reachig them they asked me to share email and even after sending several emails I have not received any responnse. I tried to fill in details for return delivery on the website but it shows some error everytime.
I ordered for a suit from storeadda,, after receiving it I found it to be a low quality, nice wrote mails but not a single reply from them, I called them up almost everyday inspite if my busy schedule, they first few days customer care executive told me that I would get the reply, when I told her that no reply has came she lied to me and said that reply has been sent, after getting no reply I called her up again, now she started to ignore my calls, I called her up from a different number, she then picked it, but when she realized that it was the same person she pretended as she could not hear me, this has happened a number of times. I do online shopping honestly saying storeadda is the worst, they never refund you, never buy from this company

We verified your claim and just want to explain here that saree which you ordered has available in 2 qualities. one is original at standard cost & 2nd is Replica which is at very budget cost and at the time of confirmation you chosen Replica budget saree at low cost.. and when its delivered you opened claim for quality issue.!
But as you are our valuable buyer we approved your claim and refunded your full amount..
