Dear Sir,
I have ordered an online lehenga on 01.04.2019 vide Order No.SH0104-16803 for RS. 1799.But when I received it, it was not as promised. The colour, stuff and size etc., had mismatch issues. Since unable reach out to them over phone/ mail, I had returned it by Professional courier dated 11/04/2019 vide consignment no.PRO8629748 but they have not refunded till date.
