Sun Palace House Hotel Luxor
I booked a room in hotel Sun Palace House Luxor City 85958.
The location of this place on google map is not correct. They have not provided detailed address.
Moreover past several days I am trying to contact the hotel with my queries but they are just not responding.
I have raised concerns to the booking agency but they are also helpless, all they can do is give scripted responses.
Reviews on various sites are bad
If I call them it’s hard to understand due to delay in audio. If I WA them or SMS them, they do not reply.
Sometimes if they receive a call they only speak Arabic but they mentioned English as language at the time of booking.
I advice International travellers to stay away from this hotel.
