Sunbeam high tech developers
Address – 1, Paras Building, Ground Floor, Juhu Versova Link Rd, Seven Bunglow Andheri West, Mumbai,

They think they are the God. They do not respond to emails, phone calls, Wa messages and so on.
They do not pick up phone and do not call back either.
They are not financially strong. They did not pay the dues for last several years.
Their projects are significantly running late and they are illiterate indecent people. Looks like they are category low caste people.
Thick twice before dealing with them. I regret my decision of buying property in their project.
