I was told that 3BHK flat, no L1d in low rise, in Hilltown View Project of Supertech will cost me around 64Lakh by Supertech channel partner Mr. Aman Katana and Ankit Katana from “Team Realistic One PVt Ltd” by giving me fake price of 3 BHK 1720 sqft flat in low rise apartments. It was told that

I have cancelled my booking because I can’t pay 88 Lakhs which is the right costing given by Mr Rahul Dewani from Supertech on 02 April 2018 .

I paid 21000₹ by debit card to Supertech, payment slip is also attached for your reference on 24-March-2018.

I meet Supertech Hilltown project head Mr. Jagat and complaint about this but they didn’t take action, I also wrote many mails on 02 April, 13 April, 12 Oct -18 but nobody replied.

please help me to get my advance amount return with Bank interest & penalize them for such fraud practices.
