I refer to Surbhi Driving school which has a few branches in pune and pcmc.

I wanted to do an important RTO work for my car and they promised me the solution for it and charged me Rs 15000 which I paid all in advance.
After that they changed colors. They stopped attending my calls and significantly delayed the work. When I used to visit the office they would not say anything and simply would ask me to contact the owner the concerned officer or executive. That’s it.
There was no tracability in the work they did and I had no visibility of the status of the work. Rather they misplaced my application and never found it. But they were not honest. In addition to the 15000 Rs that had already paid they again charged me some 2000 Rs more as fake RTO fees and then they resubmitted a new duplicate application and I got my work done finally after intense follow-ups after 9 -10 months.
All this time they were just fooling around.
I do not know their quality of work for car driving teaching but surely they do not have any contacts in RTO and such work may not happen in time from them.
The reason why you choose an agent for RTO works is that they have contacts in RTO and then you get hassle free and proper work done without any difficulties which you would face if you do it on your own.
I do not recommend this company for any business at all.
Bb careful while dealing with them. They are just not honest at all.
