I have ordered a kids by cycle on 17/07/2022. After which I tried to cancel my order but I was not able to. There is no option to cancel the order. I tried there number but that number which they have provided is also not working. I never able to get connected. This is a fraud company and they receive money but do not deliver the products. When I check my account on this site in my order there they show the status as processing. My order number is #67899. This order number also look like fake. I have attached the screenshot of my order detail below in upload image. I believe strict action should be taken against such fraud people. I’m wondering how can they do such fraud in front of everyone. Shall I go to consumer court?
