A few months ago, I registered on the Suyogya Vivah Sanstha website (suyogyavivahsanstha.com).
Even though I hadn’t yet signed up with them, their telemarketer called me and informed me that a girl was interested in my profile.
I concurred when she said she would send me the picture so I could make a decision after seeing it.
She sent me the picture, and since the girl’s photo and bio matched my preferences, I expressed interest in the girl.
She then informed me that the girl was interested in speaking with me and asked if I would be available.
I agreed because the girl fit my preferences, and the conference call was scheduled.
Suyogya Vivah Sanstha’s agent set up the conference call, but I am unable to see the girl’s number.
After the call, I was instructed to purchase a membership package if I wanted the girl’s phone number.
They sent me the number after I paid them 5000 rupees. After several calls, the girl on the line remained silent.
When I complained to the Suyogya Vivah Sanstha, they informed me that they were unable to assist me.
After a few days, the girl told me that her family had decided to put the marriage on hold because someone was ill, and she had asked me to stop calling.
Suyogya Vivah Sanstha didn’t offer me any assistance or information after that; they simply ignored my calls repeatedly.
Later, I looked up reviews of the suyogya vivah sanstha online and discovered that it was a scam, with their own people participating in conference calls.
By showing a good profile with a attractive girl or boy, they merely try to trick you into picking up the phone and speaking to them.
