Respected sir,
I had ordered a ROLEX DAYTONIA Watch from swatch palace.com and i received some cheap product with torn box and i contacted customer care where they said they will replace the product and they will not refund my amount. i paid 13787rs and product is very cheap so i have asked for refund not for replacement and they are not responding to my mail and to my calls.
MY ORDER NO 3812306, Kindly file this complaint and help me to get my amount back.
