On November 2nd, I ordered a set of pyjamas and paid for it online. As of today, I have not heard anything from them, and there is no way to monitor my purchase.
I sent emails to the person I can contact using the provided email address, but I have not heard back.
I can no longer access the website because it says the store doesn’t exist.
I’m not sure what I need to do to get my money back.

Could someone please give me a hand here?
