bits edu campus – Charging Money for job placement

as a diploma to degree student they took 10000 rs from us for placement fees in addition to all fees as by university. And give no receipt. i asked why more fee the person say i take money only. i no decide. this is cheating us students. where i complain?

Babaria Institute of Technology charges all d2d students 10000 rs for placement more than the fees and give no recepit. Then, charged 25000 rs more saying i was absent for seemester. if i pay no money i will be detaiin. where i complain about that?
