I had ordered an poncho from a website named tagzforever.com. During payment, there was not an option of cash on delivery so I had used net banking option. The payment was done and the assured that the product will be dispatch soon. I had called them multiple times but they didn’t answered any of them. I had also mailed them the situation but again no response. So please help me.
