Taj India Resorts – false promises against membership

I have bought the 5 year membership 3 days back. They promise to provide 4/5 star properties.

1) I have an email from them with 3 star options being offered which is the first fraud.

2) Their email response rate is so slow, takes 2-3 days with no acknowledgment. Poor customer service standards

3) There is a clear clause to get full refund with a deduction of 15000, however not being honoured

4) Ms Uma, Mr Reddy were the sales people who sold me the membership, but they too are not responsive.

5) If they don’t respond to new customers, there is no way they would answer/support any customer queries with passing time and them honouring 5 years/10 years of relationship and promises is just impossible

6) I will move to court as well, no matter how much time and money I need to put but won’t let them fool others

7) I have written to Hyatt, Janakpuri where they ran their marketing campaign to ensure they don’t get any more bookings there.
