Taj India Resorts
I joined in July 2021 and am having trouble accessing the services. They made up their bookings of 4-5 star hotels. Additionally, they are not offering the return APAC flights they originally agreed to offer and mentioned in their contract.
They respond with the usual “we are looking into it” statement before saying “sorry, we are unable to book” because the flight offer was only good for one year, which was not mentioned in their agreement or discussed.
My 1.39L INR should be returned because they are not keeping their word. I also ask that you avoid falling for their scams. They are merely engaging in deception.
