This business is fraudulent.
They contacted us at the Double Tree by Hilton in Gurgaon and informed us that we had won a certificate for a few free nights at any hotel of our choosing.
They spent an hour explaining a couple schemes to us.
Mr. Praveen was the name of the representative.
I’ve been trying to book a room with them 5–6 times since I last paid my fees a year ago, but they’ve always had reasons.
I have all of the emails that they used as justification for additional fees and have the supporting documentation to prove it.
I haven’t been able to remain even once up until now.
They are completely engaging in fraud with this conduct.
Also, their staff does not resolve client complaints.
It is the worst experience I’ve ever had.
