I joined them as a member in 2021, having been promised 4* and 5* hotels in India and abroad for some of the destinations, back then.
Moreover, they pledged to pay for my airfare up to $20,000. EVERY TIME I SEND THEM A MESSAGE ABOUT MY BOOKING, THEY SAY “I’M SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE, BUT THE DATES YOU ARE TRYING TO BOOK ARE FULL, PLEASE TRY BOOKING FOR ANOTHER DATE.”
THE PERSON WAS TOLD NO AND SAID THE SAME THINGS ON THE PHONE AS WELL WHEN THEY CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
They even provided the bookings when we asked them to do so based on your availability.
The hotel category they offer is too poor and bad; if we book online, the cost is approximately 1500 RS, and when we take membership, they show us the difference.
We are very upset and tense because we see that our money is being misappropriated by their hands and company. In addition, they are deducting the annual maintenance cost from us, which comes to about 10,000 rupees. Could someone please assist me in this matter? I would appreciate it if you could tell me the simplest way to get our hard-earned money back?
