I’m writing to let you know about a worrying encounter I had recently with Taj India Resort – Anurag customer service.
Using a voucher I was given, I tried to make a reservation but was unable to access the service.
Especially in light of the promotional materials and guarantees included with the voucher, this is unacceptable.
Moreover, I experienced misconduct and a deficiency in professionalism when interacting with Anurag, one of your staff members.
When people in the hospitality sector neglect to provide basic customer service standards, it is depressing.
I implore you to take prompt and appropriate action on these matters.
In addition, I’m thinking of leaving a bad Google Review review and pursuing legal action through consumer court channels—something he obviously asked me to do and doesn’t care about either way.
I have faith that you will treat this with the seriousness it deserves in order to eliminate these components from your system and take the necessary steps to ensure that similar occurrences with other clients never happen again.
