The package included 4 to 5 star rooms, which were promised to me.
Even after paying a substantial price of Rs. 1,40,000, I am unable to get my first booking made correctly.
They provided me with 2 star lodging options, with prices ranging from $3,500 to $4,500.
The accommodations would be between three and four stars when the offer was made.
Even their official booking portal is lacking.
They don’t offer any assistance with vacation planning; all they ask is that you send an email.
You simply receive the selections they offer, with no opportunity to complain anywhere.
Even my phone number has been blocked by the lady who gave me the trip. I am not sure whom I can even reach out to for the pathetic service they have provided
