We bought this service package from TAJ India Resorts in February 2021 We paid the full amount through EMI from the bank and they promised us services like 4 return air tickets and hotel bookings which can be used any day we want to travel in India.
We requested booking in December with more than 1 month advance request and flexible travel details but the booking was denied and we were asked to choose different destination.
Again changed my destination still same response. Gave them the 3rd request again that was turned down. They make there own terms and conditions with every request.
Even those conditions are never communicated and not mentioned in terms and conditions. Also at the time of time the package we were promised all 4-5 star properties but every-time the hotel options are 2-3 stars.
SERVICES NOT OFFERED AS PER PROMISED
1. FLIGHT BOOKING – Gave request 3 times and every time it is turned down
2. HOTEL Booking – Always give 2-3 star hotel options but promised for 5 stars
3. This time the hotel booking was provided on the dates which was not even requested and they told us only these dates are available. book in these dates.
NO PROMISES FULFILLED. NO SERVICES. I WANT MY FULL REFUND with Interest. OK to go to Consumer Forum.
