It has been a daily routine since we installed a set top box from Take 1 media that it shows no signal for hours in twice/ thrice a day… This is because the light goes off and local operator deliberately doesn’t start the generator to save fuel . But this very unfortunate that we are living in 21st century and still using old technologies to save his money till the time customer complaints . In nutshell the customers are suffering , This reflects a very poor service towards the customers. I am from Ellahibagh Srinagar JK. I go you will look into it.
