I have ordered saree on takesaree.com on 20th January also made payment through google pay. But till date I have not received saree nor any communication from them. Have tried to call them on 8238547973 but could not connected. Pl help

I purchased a saree from takesaree.com and paid full payment od Rs 499/- through credit card. order number was 32303 and consighment tracking number was 13329443276 as given by them. I have not received saree till date, tracking number given by them seems to be fake. thet are not responding om their mail id as above and their helpline telephone number 91 8238547973.
