On 26th October 2020, I have ordered a saree with particular pattern but delivered on 01st November 2020 with a different shade and other pattern saree. Sent a mail seeking exchange with ordered product. But I was shocked with their reply that they refused to do so. While I am trying to chat, with seems to be a customer care chat window along with their website, responded positively by asking “How can I help you?”. But when I am asking about delivered product the chat window was disappeared instantaneously out of the blue. Their contact number is also switched off. This shows their real attitude and that they are willfully doing this business. I don’t know where and how could get justice by making complaint against them. Moreover an individual can.t fight successfully. If the victims are come together and sue them jointly may get some positive result. Do anybody know about availability of immediate remedy from either from government or judiciary?
