Ordered 2 saree, but the photo and the product is not at all satisfactory. It is the duplicate form of the picture and the original one. Like they call it fake or duplicate right.. same look alike. Not worth the money (2 sarees for rs. 998)Eg good jewellery made as artificial one same remake. It is like that. Then service not satisfied, i sent them a mail. But they are not ready to refund the money. Straight away say that is the same product hence can’t refund. There is no response for the quality of the material when asked. Please don’t believe this takesaree and their refund policy I didn’t not check. If they are genuine they would have refunded the same. Customers satisfaction is important. Since they are cheaters they are not willing to refund even with immediate return. Kindly take my complaint genuine and serious and not fall as prey to this takesaree. Hope I get my money back. Their license should be cancelled i request the concerned authorities to please look into this and take immediate action if possible before many poor are looted. This is also a cyber crime.
