TATA Card – False Statements Generated before receiving the credit card

My TATA Card application no. 1621260001364. I have applied for it 2 months ago.
I have not received the credit card. But till now I got two statements (560Rs/- for month of August and 720Rs/- for the month of September) . I have tried to contact them through mail [Customer.care@tatacard.com] also through the help line number (020-6000800) but didn’t get any desired response. They have given me a case reference 006-780-002. Mean while the statements continued to increase.
I demand that the card statement should be decreased to 0.00Rs/- as I have not received the card and didn’t make any transaction on it.
