Hii its Vikash Kumar here. I had recently purchased my brand new TATA Zest XM Diesel car.Its registration number is JH-01-CD-6991. I had finalized to buy TATA ZEST XT out of others car option that i had like Xent, Maruti Desire, Amaze, and also maruti Ciaz, hudai I20 elite. I m very happy with car\’s performance till date when i got serious problem faced on dated 11th January 2016. On that day I was travelling out of city. My Zest car met with an accident and i send my car to tata authorized dealer \”Kraft Service Station, Ranchi\” for repair. They promise me to repair my car within a 10 days and they take 30 days and also they didn\’t repair my car fully. Iam unsatisfied about tata and their dealers. They harass me and they lose my work time also. Now, they delay and hold insurance claim of my car. After the repairing, lot of parts are not in a good condition (AXLE , Right Side door, dikky parts, infotainment system, car Paint etc). Now, i decide, i never buy tata products and going to submit a complaint about tata and their authorized dealer in consumer court. SUch a waste and irresponsible company…!!! I m very disappointed very unhappy and sorry to say TATA Motors lost my trust. I have no more trust on TATA Motors. so please do needful.
