Tata Sky had come up with an offer of 2 months cashback on annual renewal done using ICICI debit or credit card.
I had done the annual recharge of 4716/- using my ICICI credit card on 20th Oct 2020. As per the offer on
you website , I should get 2 months of cashback but I got only one month cashback. I had raised the
request 2H6GNSAM but it was closed saying the offer was valid only till 10 PM on 20th Oct.
I have the screenshot taken before I made the recharge, the time was not mentioned but the offer
said it was valid from 1st to 20th October 2020, so Tata Sky is in fact cheating its customers.
