Tata Sky DTH Service – Non Complaint of Service

I am using Tata Sky DtH services from past 4-5 years. on 8th of March I raised a request of moving home and hence wanted Tata Sky to move the connection to my new home.
Till today (20th Mar) they have failed to install the connection to my new house. I had also cancelled my connection with them and asked for a reimbursement of my balance amount. Couple of days back they told me that they are unable to reimburse my amount and after much discussion they revoked my account on the basis of good and prompt customer service. But again they were unable to install the services and every time their tech people had entered lies in my issue log.
It has caused me a lot of agony and have affected my health as I have high BP and hypertension.
On the basis of the above I want to sue Tata Sky & their services in the consumer court. Please let me know the way forward.
