This is inform to you that, I am using Tata sky last 6 year but I have realised I am not getting any offer from Tata sky.
So finally I decided deactivate Tata sky service and I have chosen another DTH service from another operators. After completing 40-45 deactivation. I got a call from Tata Sky stating that, they have good offer for me. As per offer they have committed to me 2 months 20 days subscription along with HD channel.
So finally I have recharge my account with Rs 720/- but I am not able to see any HD channels and confirmation for 2 month 20 days.
I have called to many times Tata sky customer care but I am not getting any proper revert from them.
I can not expect such type of shameless services from well known brand Tata.
Your employees make fake commitment and not fulfilling the same.
I have requested to you please refund my money if you are not able to fulfill your commitment.
Now I cannot trust on Tata sky employees anymore. So please confirm the procedures for refund. I am not happy with your services at all.
Every service industry focus on customer centricity but it seems Tata sky have some different policy.
Being a old customer I need fast and fair resolution.
