Dear Sir,

I am one of the Tata sky old costumers (Costumer ID: 1019664638) and using the services since 2008; I have also upgraded the service to Tata Sky HD + and using the service since 2012.

Out of utter frustration; I am to inform you that; I was again being harassed by one of your so called Tata sky service centre executive Phone No: 7682846086. This is really a great concern that they are thinking that they are licensed for embarrassing any costumer.

Yesterday; I had raised three issues, raised complaints regarding the same.

1. Some channels are not coming
2. Tata sky remote is not functioning
3. HD + dongle is not responding

The same can be checked with the chat records with tata sky online chat center…

After registering the complaint; I received a call from your so called service center phone no. 7682846086. I described all the issues to the so called executive. He arranged to send the technician for attending the issue. Out of my surprise I found that he did not convey the problems to the technician, so the technician was not prepared properly for the services, hence it was of no result for me…

Again when I call the service center in the Phone No. 7682846086; in front of the technician; the so called executive behaved me like anything (cat & dog)… Out of surprise he started finding fault with me & also scolded me like anything…

Final outcome for me :
1. I am paying for the service but not availing it; but my money is deducting regularly
2. When complaining for the maintenance, the so called executives are harassing without solving the issue properly.
3. That means I am paying to tata sky for harassing me…
4. The maintenance was delayed; I have to register again regarding the problem (I had already done).

Is this the standard service of tata sky……..?
Who had provided license for embarrassing & / or harassing costumers….?
Is tata sky promoting such types of service….?
