I’m existing customer of Tata sky my subscriber id is 1119340428.

Before 2 months back I took new remote from Tata sky, which was not working properly, some buttons are not working, it’s started giving problem now. When I called customer care they are suggesting to take new remote from them with 200rs additional charges or arrange technician visit with same charges.

Why I have to pay for new remote, it’s branded new remote which I took from Tata sky. Older remote I was used for 3-4 years. Within 2 months how new one giving problems. I need new remote with replacement of faulty remote without any charges.
