I got new Tata sky connection on 31st of march, at the time of installation there was some issue with the signal,also dish brought was bend.
And it was not installed properly, also dish was not changed next day, the installation guy said me he will come next day get it correct bt no one came till today from last 4 days am trying reach near by Tata sky office for the assistance bt no one is responding and even they are not responding the call.
Request you to please check and take action on this or I have to take my decision to remove connection. Tried calling for service , called 20 to 30 times from last 4 days.
After calling to office they are saying we LL be there in 5mins 1hr or tomorrow bt no one is coming.and now at last when issue is not resloved by them. They are saying that complaint any one. And do what ever you want to do.
Am really frustrated with the service of Tata sky.
