Unauthorized deduction of Charges for HD channel And music Chanel
Dear sir, I’m a Tata sky subs id1140241017. Initially I was activated Shamma pack with English Chanel add on with Rs 365.00. After six month one-day customer care requested for Music channel activation. I told that I don’t need it. There after the revive provider activated HD channel without my confirmation. As I usually charge 450 or 500rs. Irregular interval. I noticed it got exhausted earlier due to unauthorized charges of the said music channel and HD pack. I disconnected the connection and told customer care to refund my unauthorized deducted charges. But repeated request did not yield any result. Every time they pursue me for activating the connection with many new schemes. But the way they have deducted charges of Rd 185.00 for about six month is a matter of concern. I hope at last I will get justice. I pray for the refund of unauthorized charges or activate my connection within the amount of refund. Hoping a redressal in the matter.
