I have booked an Air conditioner on the ‘Tatacliq’ website on 10th Oct 2018, with the order no: # and after 12 days of await, the product has been cancelled without any prior notice.

After thorough research on the AC’s, we have finalized with ‘Voltas 1.5 Ton 5 Star (BEE Rating 2018) 185V DZV Copper Inverter Split AC (White)’ and have ordered it specifically from TATACLIQ website as VOLTAS itself is the product sold by TATA company and the order is going to be safe and quick. While placing the order, the delivery date was given within 7 days and even after 10 days there was not a single update on the status of the product being shipped and the order was only showing as confirmed for 10 days. After raising multiple complaints and contacting customer care frequently, the status was then been moved to Processing. Each time we would call the customer care, each time we would get an answer saying we will update you within 48 hours. Later, the only response we get from them is ‘SORRY’ and not the status of the product.

Today, i.e after 12 days of waiting time, they have suddenly cancelled the order saying the Seller is not able to ship it., Like Seriously??. A reputed company like TATA could’nt even deliver its own product ‘VOLTAS’ AC to a metropolitan city like Hyderabad? That’s a shame totally!!! We have never expected this kind of service from this big company that too on their own website and for their own product!!

And, after all this what I get in return is a SORRY?? really? We have ordered an AC during the festive season, now what is the point in just getting my refund back when I have missed so many deals from other e-commerce websites and Stores? I would’ve have bought the same AC or even better one with best deals on other sites or stores, but the only reason I have chose TATACLIQ is because of the trust we have in! But, do you think we have received the right justice to it? Why will I lose my money for the mistake which the company has committed? I have now missed amazing deals on other websites as well and such a waste of time for almost 2 weeks!

I’m literally shocked and disappointed on the incident that had happened.
