I had placed an order ( ORDER NO: 103439377) on tatacliq.com the amount (RS 3953) got debited from my account by the payment failed on their gateway and the amount was not reverted back to my account ON 12TH NOVEMBER . as per the claims of tatacliq they have not received any amount and that the problem is with the bank. i would like to clear that i have contacted my bank and they have made it clear that the amount was debited and credited into tatacliqs account. i have the statement of the bank (paytm bank) showing that the amount is debited from my account and a conversation from the paytm customer care with transaction number as a proof that the amount was debited from my account AND CREDITED TO TATA CLIQ. i would request you to ask tatacliq to show the statement of credited amounts for the month of nov. cause if the money is not with them then i need to complaint against the paytm bank but i need proof which they are not giving me . right now i have proof that they have the money.
