Dear Sir,

I (Mr. Shriniwas Reddy) existing customer of Tata sky, Sub ID: 1142407020, my Tata sky set-up box is not working past one month due to set-up box failure, This problem I was faced 3 times in 1.5year and changed set-up box by paying Rs.625.00 each time.

This problem I am facing due to poor quality of set-up box provided by Tatasky and I think it is become a secondary business for Tatasky.

Regarding I talked to Tatasky nodal officer, He is saying thet, Tatasky don’t have data more than 6months.

I request you to solve my issue.
