I purchased one pair of Sweet Slim Belt from the On-line Seller TeleShop TeleShopping, 151 Ground Floor, Back side Half Porion, Mansarovar Garden, Delhi 110015 against its Invoice No.29 dasted 6.7.2017 for Rs.1890.00 after seeing its advertisement on Buzz HD (Channel No. 95) on Dish TV where they claiming reduced inches from belly after having used this product. However to my surprise the product was of very low quality and it worn out after having utilised (worn) it for three days. A complaint was lodged on its Customer care No.9220004949 on 13/7/2017 which was accepted by the centre and promised to send the product replacement within 10 days. However later on they did not reply to the complaint and the call was disconnected time and again.
Registered letters for replacement of product were sent to the Addresses given on the Package Cover on 29th Nov 2017 but the enevelopes were returned with remarks that o such address is available.
Can I get relief from your goodselves?
