hii sir on 4oct 2024 i purchased pass pro from testbook which give practice, mock papers for 365 day and provide service to give any mock test to any exam like upsc ,ssc etc sir after purchase this pass i give 4 to 5 mock but after 2 week this pass had inactive automatic and my transactions has been show me empty i have proof please sir and i also wrote the letters 3 to 4 time but my problem still not resolve and not get to satisfy answers sir you are my last hope please sir i attached to transection receipt
