I am Sarika Pawarkar from Pune.
Last week, I saw an advertisement(online shopping) on Facebook from Folix Fab. The had a sale. I liked a set of dress(kurti, palazzo and pant). I received the product on 21st, it was COD, so I paid ₹549 then. When I opened it, there was a very low quality and poor saree. I then visited their website, which had the contact details, but the mobile no. is telling that it is not working and maul is giving a ‘delivery incomplete’ message(till date). I have called many times and wrote 5-6 mails, but the same response is there. On the delivery parcel, the manufacturing contact no. is a wrong no. of an ordinary resident.
The parcel was wrapped 3-4 times repeatedly one on the other and the receipt was torn in a square shape.
I have given my money and have got the wrong product. Please help me to either get a refund or return.
