Dear Sir,

I ordered a suit from “The KIRAT INDIA” through their instagram account and paid the amount via account transfer to one Mr.Jagwinder singh’s UTI bank acccout. I never got any response from them after I paid. Their Mobile is switched off and never responds to the whatsapps messages.

They are a BIG FRAUD and I need my money back. And everyone – pls do not buy from them.

Can the consumer court take action against such people.
